Digital Products — Refund Policy

Digital products (sample packs, sound packs, preset packs, templates) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, because they are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.

Refund exceptions (approved case-by-case):

  • Duplicate charge (same order charged twice).
  • Corrupted file or incomplete download that we cannot successfully replace/fix.
  • Wrong product delivered (you received a different pack than what you purchased).

How we resolve issues

If there’s a delivery or file issue, we will first try to fix it by sending a replacement download link, re-delivering the files, or providing the correct product. If we can’t resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may approve a refund under the exceptions above.
