License Agreement — Exotic Music

Royalty-Free License

License Agreement

This License Agreement explains how you may use Sample Packs, Sound Packs, Preset Packs, templates, project files, and related digital products sold on Exotic Music (“Products”).
Last updated: February 18, 2026

Overview (Royalty-Free)

All of our Sample Packs, Sound Packs, and Preset Packs are 100% royalty-free. This means you can use the included sounds in your own music, including commercial releases and paid projects, without owing royalties to us.

You may use samples, presets, loops, melodies, rhythms, and sound elements inside your own productions (including commercial).

You may not share, resell, or redistribute any pack, template, project file, or soundbank (even for free).

Templates/project files are for learning and production support—do not release them as your own finished tracks in original form.

Products are delivered as .zip files. You will need software to unzip them (e.g., 7-Zip or similar).

Grant of License

Upon purchasing any Product from Exotic Music (operated by Sales Group), we grant you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use any and all samples, sounds, and sound effects included with the Product, except where a Product is clearly sold as an exclusive “Ghost Production” (in which case the license may be exclusive as described on the Product page).

For avoidance of doubt: purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying sounds or project files to you. You receive usage rights under this Agreement.

Rights Granted

The license grants the following rights to the Licensee:

  1. Unlimited projects (lifetime): Use the licensed samples, sounds, and sound effects on an unlimited number of projects for your lifetime.
  2. Personal & commercial use (no attribution required): Use in personal and commercial projects without crediting Exotic Music or Sales Group.
  3. Synchronization rights: Use in audio/visual projects such as films, TV, radio, documentaries, commercials, games, podcasts, apps, blogs, websites, live events, stage shows, educational projects, and prototypes.
  4. Royalty-free compositions: Use in compositions that may later be released commercially without royalties due to us.
  5. Educational use: Learn music production techniques using templates and project files.
  6. Study & reverse-engineer: Analyze the production process for inspiration and to build your own skills.
  7. Use elements from templates (with significant changes): You may integrate sound elements from templates or project files into your own tracks only if you significantly modify the original melodies and chord progressions by more than 50%, so that identification tools (e.g., content recognition services) cannot recognize them as our original work.
  8. Single-user license: This license is granted to one user only and may not be shared within a team, company, or group unless you purchase additional licenses.

Restrictions (What You Cannot Do)

To protect creators and prevent misuse, the following are strictly prohibited:

  1. No releasing project files as finished tracks: You may not use templates or project files in their original form and release them as your own finished tracks (e.g., via labels or distribution) or register copyrights under yourself or any company.
  2. No selling “as-is” sounds: You may not sell the licensed samples/sounds in their original form or claim ownership of them.
  3. No redistribution / sublicensing: You may not license, sublicense, share, resell, upload, distribute, or otherwise redistribute the Product (or any part of it), even for free.
  4. No standalone uploads for ownership/monetization: You may not upload any licensed samples/sounds in their original form as standalone content (whole or in parts) to platforms (e.g., streaming/video platforms) for commercial gain or to claim ownership.
  5. No producer/artist/vocalist name usage: You may not use the name of any producer, artist, or vocalist associated with a purchased pack in your song title or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or authorship.
  6. No copyright registration: You may not register copyrights for the original sounds, samples, or project files under yourself or a company.
  7. No AI training: You may not use our Products to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models. A separate written license is required.
  8. Reservation of rights: All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Project Files, Templates & “Full Rights”

You may not export or release any project files or templates as your own finished tracks in a way that copies the original track structure or composition. If you want to release a project/template as a finished track with minimal changes, you must purchase the full rights (or an exclusive license) where offered.

If you offer “Full Rights” or “Exclusive Rights,” place the link here: [ADD LINK TO FULL RIGHTS PAGE]

You are welcome to use individual sounds/presets/loops and incorporate them into your own music, provided you meet the “significant modification” requirement for melodies/chords when using template elements.

Definitions (for clarity)

“Product(s)” means any digital goods sold on Exotic Music, including sample packs, preset packs, sound packs, templates, project files, and soundbanks.

“Template/Project File” means a DAW session/project (or similar) that may include arrangement, MIDI, melodies, chords, presets, and audio elements.

“Ghost Production” means a product explicitly sold with exclusive rights (as stated on the product page and checkout).

“You/Licensee” means the individual purchaser of the Product (single user).

Delivery & file handling

Products are typically delivered as downloadable .zip files. You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible software and storage. If you experience download issues, please contact support at Contact@Exoticmusic.us.

Breach of license

If you violate these terms (e.g., redistribution, resale, or publishing templates in original form), your license may be terminated and we may pursue available remedies under applicable law.

Frequently Asked Questions

Premium packs, clean licensing, and a smooth download experience—here’s everything you need to know.

What is Exotic Music?

Exotic Music is a curated sound brand built for producers who want modern, mix-ready tools—designed for speed, clarity, and high-end results without the clutter.

What do your bundles typically include?

Depending on the pack: drums, one-shots, loops, MIDI, melodic construction kits, and project-ready sounds—organized to drop straight into your workflow.

Are the sounds mix-ready?

Yes—our packs are built to hit hard and sit clean. You’ll still shape them to your track, but you won’t be fixing low-quality source sounds.

What formats will I receive?

Most packs deliver standard production formats like WAV and MIDI (when included). The product page will always list the exact contents and format set.

Are your products royalty-free?

Yes—our samples are intended for use in your productions without ongoing royalties. If a pack includes special licensing terms, we state it clearly on that product page.

How do I access my downloads?

After checkout, your download links are delivered instantly on-screen and sent to your email. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions—or contact us and we’ll help.

Do you update older bundles?

When we improve a pack (fixes, organization upgrades, bonus content), we aim to keep it seamless. Any update policy is stated on the product page.

Is checkout secure?

Yes—payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout with supported payment methods. We don’t store your full card details on our servers.

How do I contact support?

Email us at Contact@Exoticmusic.us with your order email + what you need (download, access, compatibility). We’ll get you sorted quickly.
